Each Waridi African artwork, apparel, bag, shoe, painting or artefact is handmade by our artisans in Africa; therefore each piece is unique. Waridi believes this is at the heart of what makes our items exquisite and special, as each Waridi piece has its own distinct personality.
Slight colour, tone or texture variations from the images shown on this website may occur due to differences with computer dispay settings; should you require a specific shade of colour, please contact us.
All of Waridi sales are final. We may offer a repair, replacement or refund if an item does not meet the Consumer Guarantees. This may include if the item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or significantly different from what was originally ordered.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse by you, or that you have been notified have faults at the time of purchase, or for which you have simply changed your mind, are not eligible for a repair, replacement or refund.
For any returns, you are required to complete and submit an online Return Merchandise form and return the product to us in its original condition and packaging, along with any and all accessories, within 14 days of receipt. A copy of your tax invoice is also required.
All returns should be sent to Waridi. The return address details will be printed on the Return Slip, which is generated after the Return Merchandise form has been submitted and approved.
Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping and delivery costs.
Requirement for a valid procedure
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
- Valid return reason and acceptance conditions (stated below))
- Return method
- Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted.
Once we retrieve your product we will perform a quality check. If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method. Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, we will return the product to you, without issuing a refund.
What is the Shipped from Oversees return policy ?
For items flagged as “Shipped from Overseas”, returns are only accepted for the below reasons:
|Defective Item||Item is damaged upon delivery or not according to manufacturer’s specification|
|Wrong Item||If you received an item different from what you ordered.|
For example, we do not accept returns if size does not fit, or if client dislike the product (color, material, style). We encourage you to carefully check full description of the items and confirm it will meet all your expectations before placing your order.
